PEGASUS receives information you intentionally submit through briefing, pilot, and portal forms, including professional contact details, organization context, and the text of your request or update. Standard hosting and security systems may also process technical request information needed to operate and protect the service.
Purpose and access
Submitted information is used to evaluate inquiries, operate approved pilot workspaces, communicate with participants, and maintain the integrity of the service. Access is limited according to the purpose of the relevant workflow and the approved account boundary.
Do not submit sensitive material
Do not submit classified information, export-controlled material, privileged records, protected health information, financial credentials, secrets, or sensitive operational data through the public site or before an appropriate written agreement and approved environment are in place.
Retention and requests
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the inquiry, pilot, security, and legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, email WeArePegasusOffice@gmail.com.
No sale of submitted inquiry data
PEGASUS does not sell information submitted through its inquiry and controlled pilot workflows. This notice may be updated as the product and its institutional obligations develop.
