Government + Enterprise

Prove the mission before scaling the system.

A PEGASUS controlled pilot is deliberately bounded. It begins with a conversation about the mission, proceeds only under terms agreed in writing, and closes with an honest review.

PEGASUS Controlled Pilot visual emphasizing mission, scope, evidence, and review

How it works

Discovery, agreed scope, reviewed results.

01

Discovery

A direct conversation about the mission, the people accountable for it, and what a useful outcome would look like.

02

Agreed scope

Written agreement on what is inside and outside the work, who authorizes what, and where human review is required.

03

Reviewed results

Bounded work under that agreement, followed by an honest review of what was and was not demonstrated.

Nothing begins before terms are agreed in writing. PEGASUS is under active development; this is not a deployment, a certification, or a statement about any existing organization.

What a pilot is.

  • A bounded evaluation of a specific institutional mission
  • Operated under explicit, documented authority
  • Reviewed by accountable humans throughout
  • Measured against evidence agreed before it began

What a pilot is not.

  • Not a deployment, rollout, or production commitment
  • Not a certification, accreditation, or compliance attestation
  • Not unrestricted access to systems or data
  • Not an endorsement or contract with any organization

Illustrative candidate workflows

Where a bounded evaluation usually starts.

These are illustrative candidate workflows only. They do not describe existing engagements, customers, or deployments.

Government & public sector

  • Cross-agency program coordination where context is fragmented
  • Continuity of institutional knowledge across staff transitions
  • Preparation and review of complex operational decisions
  • Tracking what was intended, authorized, and actually verified

Enterprise

  • Strategic programs spanning multiple business units
  • Regulated operations requiring explicit authority boundaries
  • Infrastructure and field operations with high consequence
  • Executive operating pictures assembled from fragmented work

What PEGASUS needs

What we would need.

  • A named sponsor and accountable owner
  • A specific, bounded problem statement
  • Agreed limits on scope, access, and permitted actions
  • Agreed review criteria and stop conditions

What the organization receives

What you would receive.

  • A written statement of the mission and its boundary
  • An authority model your organization approves
  • Bounded work with human review retained throughout
  • An honest review of what was and was not demonstrated

Commercial & procurement

Scoped engagement, discussed directly.

A controlled pilot is a scoped, paid professional engagement sized to the mission, the boundary, and the review required. Commercial terms, procurement route, and contracting vehicle are agreed directly with your organization — no pricing, schedule, or eligibility is represented publicly.

Boundaries. PEGASUS is under active development; these pages do not imply broad production deployment, certification, or accreditation. A pilot does not grant unrestricted access, does not authorize autonomous consequential action, and does not transfer decision authority away from your organization. Do not submit classified, privileged, or sensitive operational information before an approved environment and written agreement are in place.
