Trust Center

Trust must survive consequence.

Trust is not a badge. It is the discipline of separating observation, permission, action, and evidence — and stopping when any of them is missing.

PEGASUS Trust Center visual focused on explicit authority, verification, and auditability

Trust doctrine

Intelligence ≠ AuthorityConnected ≠ AuthorizedAction ≠ OutcomeEvidence before claim

Human authority remains above machine authority.

Minimum necessary context is applied at every stage: only what a task genuinely requires, for as long as it requires it.

Public-safe principles

Six principles we design against.

01

Identity boundaries

The acting person, organization, account, and context stay correctly bound. A mismatch is a reason to stop, not to proceed.

02

Explicit authority

Connection creates capability. It does not create permission. Consequential action requires authority that was actually granted.

03

Verification

An initiated action is not treated as an outcome until reality is checked again.

04

Auditability

Consequential work should leave evidence that supports accountable human review.

05

Provider / model neutrality

The trust model is designed to stay durable as underlying intelligence and vendors evolve.

06

Fail-closed defaults

When identity, authority, or evidence is insufficient, the safe state is to stop.

Development status

Active development.

PEGASUS is in active development. Nothing on this site should be read as broad production deployment, certification, accreditation, compliance attestation, or an existing engagement with any organization.

Security, privacy, and procurement teams are welcome to open a direct conversation about boundaries, review requirements, and what would be needed before any controlled evaluation.
