Co-Founder & Visionary, PEGASUS
I believe ideas become valuable when they can survive contact with reality. At PEGASUS, I bring the builder’s perspective: understand what is true, respect real constraints, and use intelligence to help people move from possibility to durable execution without giving up judgment or responsibility.
PEGASUS
A builder’s perspective on intelligence that moves with the real world.
PEGASUS is a Reality Operating System in active development. Sergio’s role is to keep the system grounded in execution — the people, constraints, infrastructure, decisions, and proof that separate an idea from an outcome.
Serve with dignity
Treat people, teams, and communities with respect while taking responsibility for the work.
Leave something durable
Build opportunity, capability, and stewardship that can extend beyond a single project.
Operating Perspective
Build what can endure.
Sergio’s experience is rooted in operating businesses, coordinating people and resources, protecting quality, and making decisions under real constraints. That perspective shapes a practical philosophy: build with evidence, serve with dignity, and leave something durable.
Outside PEGASUS, that operating perspective has also been shaped by the Diamond Shine family, a San Antonio family business.
